Dr. Alice Christie's HyperQuest Page

HyperQuests are very similar to WebQuests with one major difference: they can be completed in 30 - 45 minutes. In other words, they are streamlined WebQuests designed to be completed in one sitting. HyperQuests can:

• introduce a new concept
• reinforce a concept
• teach one lesson in a larger unit
• assess learning in a particular area

Teachers can usually develop HyperQuests quickly and post them on the Internet or on a local school server. Lin ks to several examples and a HyperQuest template are listted below:
